The Lakeside Inn
A visit to the Lakeside Inn in Mt. Dora is time travel of the most privileged sort. The 120-year old Lakeside Inn, located in Mt. Dora 25 miles northwest of Orlando, is listed on the National Trust for Historic Preservation and is a Central Florida landmark. The Inn features 89 guest rooms and suites, an Olympic-size pool, tennis courts, boat rentals, restaurant and lounge, and meeting space for small and large groups. The Inn is noted for the charm of its authentic, Old Florida architecture and Victorian furnishings.
